Areas of care
Full-spectrum heart care, from diagnosis through intervention
Coronary artery disease
Evaluation and treatment of narrowed or blocked coronary arteries, including diagnostic angiography, cardiac catheterization, and angioplasty with stenting.
Peripheral artery disease
Diagnosis and treatment of reduced circulation in the legs and other peripheral arteries, including peripheral angiography, atherectomy, and stenting.

Heart failure
Evaluation and long-term management for patients living with reduced heart function, coordinated by the same cardiologist over time.
Diagnostic testing in-clinic
Echocardiography, stress testing, nuclear cardiac imaging, carotid Doppler studies, vascular studies, and ECGs are performed at the clinic rather than referred out.
Risk assessment and prevention
Blood pressure and cholesterol management, plus cardiovascular risk assessment for patients with a family history or early warning signs.
An independent practice, by design
One cardiologist, from evaluation through follow-up
Hot Springs Heart and Vascular is not owned by a hospital system or a corporate group. Dr. Tauth makes clinical decisions, including which device a given patient's anatomy calls for, without an administrative layer or a single-vendor contract standing in between.
That independence shows up in the day-to-day. Diagnostic testing is performed in-clinic rather than referred out, patients with active symptoms are seen the same day, and at the Vascular Center of Hot Springs the cardiologist who evaluates a patient is the one who performs the procedure and oversees recovery.
